Parents evening

We are pleased to inform you that you can book online for our forthcoming parents’ evenings in November. Please book an appointment for either Tuesday 27th (3.30pm-7.00pm) or Thursday 29th November (3.30pm-6.00pm) for all children from Early Years (Ladybirds and Bumblebees) to Year 6.

The evenings will give you the chance to look through your child’s books and discuss their successes and next step targets. If your child has special educational needs provision, Mrs Greenwood will be available in Cedar Class; if you wish to meet to discuss your child.

Ladybirds and Bumblebees Class- Miss Shepherd will be meeting all EYFS parents. Year R parents can book on either Tuesday or Thursday to meet Miss Shepherd.

Sycamore Class - Miss Norris will be meeting Year 4 parents.

Rowan Class - Mr Read will only be taking appointments for Thursday 29th November. If this date is not convenient for you, please speak to Mr Read; who will be happy to arrange an appointment with you after school the following week.

To make an appointment, please go to http://www.parents-booking.co.uk/stanmore

Log in to see which appointments are available and select one that is convenient for you.

You will need:

  • Your child’s legal first name and legal surname (NB the name in which they are registered with school, not necessarily the name commonly used for them)

  • Your child’s date of birth

Once you have logged in, if you have more than one child at Stanmore, we suggest you use the ‘Automated Booking’ wizard to make your appointments. You will be asked to enter your availability and choose which teachers you want to see before being shown the most efficient order for visiting those teachers on the night.

The system will be open to take your bookings until the day of the meetings at 12.00pm. If you are still unable to book online at home, please talk to your child’s class teacher, who will be able to help you.

Mrs Taylor our new Headteacher will also be in school to meet informally with parents and carers.

Yours sincerely,

Sam Norris

Acting Deputy Headteacher
